The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to FD Bliss. FD Bliss operates this online store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services made available to you (collectively, the “Services”).

Many FD Bliss products are made to order, meaning that production begins after your order is placed rather than products being mass-produced and stored in advance.
Certain products may also offer personalization or customization options, including names, initials, dates, messages, designs or other customer-selected specifications.
Please review all product details, size guides, colours, personalization information and order details carefully before completing your purchase.
Products made according to a customer's individual specifications or that are clearly personalized may be excluded from certain rights of withdrawal where permitted by applicable consumer protection law.
Being made to order, by itself, does not remove any statutory consumer rights.
Nothing in this section affects your rights if a product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise does not conform to your order.
SECTION 4 – ORDERS
When you place an order through FD Bliss, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation using the contact details provided during checkout.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, payment problems, incorrect pricing or product information, product unavailability, or circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, any amount due to you will be refunded in accordance with applicable law.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it.
Because many products enter production shortly after an order is placed, changes or cancellations might not be possible once production has started.
This does not affect any mandatory cancellation or withdrawal rights available to you under applicable consumer protection law.
Returns, refunds and applicable rights of withdrawal are governed by our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.
SECTION 5 – PRICES, PAYMENTS AND BILLING
Product prices are displayed on our store and may change from time to time.
The price applicable to your purchase will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed, subject to the correction of obvious errors in accordance with applicable law.
Any applicable shipping charges, taxes and other charges will be displayed or communicated as required before you complete your purchase.

SECTION 6 – PRODUCTION, FULFILLMENT, SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
FD Bliss works with third-party production and fulfillment partners to manufacture, prepare and ship some or all of our products.
As a result, products may be produced and shipped from different production facilities or countries depending on the product, destination, availability and fulfillment provider.
If your order contains multiple products, they may be produced by different facilities and arrive in separate packages or at different times.
Production and estimated delivery times may vary depending on the product and destination.
Any delivery dates or timeframes displayed on our store are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
We will provide information about expected processing and delivery times as required by applicable law.
Delays may occasionally occur due to carrier operations, customs processing, adverse weather conditions, high order volumes or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Where consumer law provides mandatory delivery deadlines or remedies for delayed delivery, those rights remain unaffected.
Where we arrange the delivery of goods to a consumer, risk of loss or damage remains with us until the goods are physically received by the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Consumers in the European Union and European Economic Area generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for eligible distance purchases, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
Certain goods made according to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized may be excluded from this right where permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms or our Return & Refund Policy limits any mandatory rights relating to faulty, damaged, incorrect or non-conforming goods.

FD Bliss is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with FD Bliss.
By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not the seller of the products offered by FD Bliss and is not responsible for fulfilling orders placed with FD Bliss, except to the extent that Shopify separately provides a service directly to you under its own applicable terms.
Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
